Iisaku kihelkond (lühend Iis, saksa keeles Kirchspiel Isaak) oli kihelkond Virumaal ja Eestimaa kubermangus Viru kreisis.
Kihelkond moodustati 1654. aastal Jõhvi ja Vaivara kihelkonna osadest. Sellistes piirides eksisteeriris kihelkond iseseisvana aastani 1744 ning aastatel 1744–1867 kuulus piirkond Jõhvi ja Viru-Jaagupi kihelkondadesse.
Kihelkond asutati uuesti 1867. aastal peamiselt Jõhvi kihelkonna hõredate lõunapoolsete alade baasil. Väiksel määral hõlmati ka Viru-Jaagupi kihelkonna idaosadest. Kihelkond oli pindalalt suur, kuid hõreda asustusega.[1]
Kihelkonnas paiknes kümme mõisat – üks kirikumõis, neli rüütlimõisast peamõisat koos nelja kõrvalmõisaga ning üks poolmõis. Lisaks veel üks karjamõis.[1]
Eesti Rahva Muuseumi vanavarakogujad läksid Iisaku kihelkonda juba muuseumi sünniaastal – 1909. Korjajad olid kunstnik Nikolai Triik ja matemaatikatudeng Eduard Pedak. Matkal koguti 104 eset.
Iisaku kihelkonnas kanti erinevalt teistest Virumaa kihelkondadest kahte tüüpi rahvarõivaid. Iisaku ümbruses kujunes 17.– 18. sajandi paiku välja kakskeelne rahvastik, kes rääkis eesti ja vene segakeelt ning keda kutsuti poluvernikuteks.
Järgmine vanavarakogujate kogumismatk toimus 1920. aastal, koguja oli Tartu Reaalkooli õpilane Theodor Vaas. Praegu on Iisaku kihelkonnast muuseumis 358 eset, 8 kogumismatkapäevikut, 85 etnograafilist joonist, umbes 1000 fotot jm.[3]
Kihelkonna maad jäävad tänapäeval Ida-Viru maakonna Alutaguse valla aladele.
