Edwin Longsden Long (Bath, 1829ko uztailaren 12-Hampton, 1891ko maiatzaren 15) margolari erromantiko ingelesa izan zen. Erretratugilea, orientalismo eta Bibliaren joerako gaiak erabili zituen. Bidaiari nekaezina, 1857an Espainian egon zen, John Phillipen bidea jarraituz. 1874an Egipto eta Siria ezagutu zituen; hor hasi zen bere orientalismoaren joera. 1891an hil zen, neumoniak jota.[1] [2]
