Abd al-Ati al-Ubayyidi (arab. عبد العاطي العبيدي, ʿAbd al-ʿĀṭī al-ʿUbayyidī, 1939 – 16. syyskuuta 2023[1]) oli libyalainen poliitikko ja diplomaatti, joka toimi sekä Libyan kansankongressin pääsihteerinä että pääministerinä. Hän oli yksi kolmesta pääsovittelijasta, kun Libya päätti luopua ydinohjelmastaan. Hän toimi myös Libyan Italian-suurlähettiläänä.
Al-Ubayyidi oli Libyan pääministeri 1977–1979, ja sen jälkeen hän toimi 1979–1981 Libyan kansankongressin pääsihteerinä eli nimellisenä valtionpäämiehenä. Todellinen valta oli edelleen Muammar Gaddafilla.[1][2] Al-Ubayyidi oli tuona aikana mukana yhtenä pääneuvottelijoista neuvottelemassa Libyan päätöstä luopua sen ydinaseohjelmasta.[1]
Al-Ubayyidi valittiin 2011 Libyan ulkoministeriksi, kun hänen edeltäjänsä Mussa Kussa oli päättänyt loikata maasta. Tämä tapahtui keskellä Libyan sisällissotaa, jossa taistelivat Gaddafia hallintoa tukeneet sekä häntä vastustaneet joukot. Al-Ubayyidi matkusti viikko valintansa jälkeen 3. huhtikuuta Kreikkaan neuvottelemaan rauhasta ulkoministeri Dimítrios Droútsasin kanssa.[1]
Kapinalliset pidättivät Al-Ubayyidin 31. elokuuta 2011 Tripolin länsipuolella.[1] Gaddafin hallinto kaadettiin vielä vuoden 2011 aikana, ja Al-Ubayyidi oli ensimmäisiä, jotka joutuivat vanhasta hallinnosta tuomiolle. Häntä ja Muhammad Abu al-Qasim al-Zuwaita syytettiin valtion varojen väärinkäytöstä, mutta oikeusistuin totesi heidät syyttömiksi. He olivat suostuneet maksaa 2,7 miljardia Yhdysvaltain dollaria Lockerbien pommi-iskun uhreille.[3]
