Anazarbos (m.kreik. Ἀναζαρβός, myös Ἀνάζαρβα, Anazarba; lat. Anazarbus) eli Caesarea (m.kreik. Καισάρεια, Kaisareia) eli Justinopolis oli antiikin aikainen kaupunki Kilikiassa nykyisessä Turkissa Anatolian ylängöllä.[1] Vanhimmat rauniot ovat ajalta ennen roomalaisia. Rooman hallinnossa kaupungin nimi oli Caesarea ja se oli Kilikian pääkaupunki. Maanjäristys tuhosi kaupungin lähes täysin.[2] Keisari Justinus I rakennutti sen uusiksi ja nimesi Justinopolikseksi noin vuonna 525. 1100-luvulla kaupunki oli Vähä-Armenian pääkaupunki, ja sen nimeksi tuli jälleen Anazarbos.
Kaupungin sijainti lähellä kapeaa solaa takasi sille alueella merkittävän aseman, ja siitä tuli yksi keskeisiä paikkoja Bysantin ja muslimimaailman välisissä kiistoissa.
Kaupungissa on paljon roomalaisten ajoilta säilyneistä raunioita, mm. riemukaari, stadium ja amfiteatteri.[3]
