Kunnan nähtävyyksiä on Vulmixin kylässä oleva 1400-luvulla rakennettu kappeli Chapel Saint-Grat. Kappelin sisäseinillä olevat freskot kertovat tarinan, jossa pyhä Grat lähti Palestiinaan etsimään Johannes Kastajan päätä. Muita keskiaikaisia rakennuksia ovat kaksi tornia: 1000-luvulta peräisin oleva Tour du Châtelard ja 1100-luvulta peräisin oleva Tour de Rochefort.[2]
Bourg-Saint-Mauricen suosituin vierailupaikka on vuonna 1968 perustettu Les Arcsin hiihtokeskus.[2]
Kunnan rautatieasema Gare de Bourg-Saint-Maurice on rautatielinjan pääteasema, jonne pääsee useilla junayhteyksillä. Myös TGV-junat ajavat sinne, ja esimerkiksi matka-aika Lyonista on noin kuusi tuntia.[3]
