Briastre on kunta Pohjois-Ranskassa Nordin departementissa Hauts-de-Francen alueella. Se sijaitsee Sellejoen varrella, noin 20 kilometriä Cambrain kaupungista itään.

1000-luvulla kylä oli Saint-André du Cateaun luostarin hallinnassa, ja sitä kutsuttiin tuolloin nimellä Briastrum. Kylän pääasiallinen elinkeino oli maatalous, mutta 1800-luvulla siellä oli kutomo, tislaamo, kaksi panimoa, sokeritehdas ja sekä kaksi vesimyllyä. Saint-Pierren kirkko rakennettiin vuonna 1720. Kirkkoon tehtiin kunnostustöitä 1800-luvulla, ja portaali lisättiin siihen vuonna 1859.[2]
Briastressa on ensimmäisessä maailmansodassa kaatuneille tehty hautausmaa Bellevue British Cemetery Briastre. Sinne on haudattu 141 vainajaa, joista yhdeksän on tuntematon. Hautausmaan on suunnitellut brittiläinen arkkitehti William Harrison Cowlishaw.[3]
