Lgov (ven. Льгов) on kaupunki Kurskin alueella Venäjällä. Se sijaitsee Desnan sivujoen Seimin varrella 85 kilometriä Kurskista länteen.[2] Siellä risteytyvät Brjanskiin, Kurskiin, Belgorodin alueen Gotnjaan ja Ukrainan Vorožbaan johtavat rautatiet. Merkittävin rautatieasema on Lgovin Kiovan asema.[3] Kaupunki muodostaa oman noin 21 400 asukkaan (2010) kaupunkipiirinsä, mutta on myös noin 14 400 asukkaan Lgovin piirin keskus.[1]

Vuonna 1669 paikalle perustettiin luostari, joka myöhemmin lakkautettiin. Luostarin yhteyteen syntyneestä kylästä tuli kaupunki ja ympäröivän kihlakunnan keskus vuonna 1779. 1800-luvun loppupuolella rakennettiin Kurskista Kiovaan sekä Brjanskista Harkovaan johtavat rautatiet ja paikkakunnalle alkoi syntyi teollisuutta. Toisen maailmansodan aikana kaupunki oli saksalaisten miehittämä ja vaurioitui pahoin. Vuonna 1954 Lgoviin yhdistettiin sen lähellä sijaitsevat asemataajamat.
Nykyään kaupunki on maatalousalueen keskus, jossa on lähinnä elintarviketeollisuutta. Nähtävyyksiä ovat Barjatinskin ruhtinassuvun kartano sekä paikkakunnalla syntyneiden runoilija Nikolai Asejevin ja lastenkirjailija Arkadi Gaidarin kotimuseot.
