Ouarsenis (arab. الونشريس, Wanšarīs) on Tell-Atlakseen kuuluva itä-länsisuuntainen[1] vuoristo Algeriassa. Sen itäpuolella ovat Titterivuoret ja länsipuolella Beni Chougrane, pohjoisessa Chelifjoki ja etelässä Nahr Ouasselin laakso. Ouarsenis muodostaa Välimeren rannikon matalien reunavuoristojen jälkeen Tell-Atlaksen toisen vuoriketjun, jonka eteläpuolella levittäytyvät Marnian, Tlemcenin ja Sersoun ylätasangot.[2][3]
Kasautuneesta liuskeesta, flyssistä, merkelistä ja kalkkikivestä koostuva vuoristo käsittää lähes 14 500 neliökilometrin alueen Aïn Deflan, Chlefin, Tissemsiltin, Tiaretin, Médean ja Relizanen maakunnissa. Paikallisesti Ouarseniksi kutsutaan vain 1 985 metrin korkuista Sidi Amarin huippua vuoriston keskiosassa. Chelifin sivujoet jakavat vuoriston useaksi osaksi.[2][3] Se rajoittuu idässä Chelifiin ja lännessä Minajoen laaksoon[1].
Seudun ilmasto vaihtelee subhumidista semiaridiin. Vuotuinen sademäärä on yli 400 millimetriä ja korkeimmilla kohdilla 800 millimetriä. Vuorilla kasvaa alepponmäntyjä ja tammia sekä paikoitellen atlassypressejä, atlassetrejä ja korkkitammia. Maatalous, metsien liikakäyttö ja epäsäännölliset rankkasateet ovat aiheuttaneet voimakasta eroosiota.[2][3]
Vuoriston asukkaat ovat arabilaistuneita berbereitä. Sen väestö on kasvanut voimakkaasta poismuutosta huolimatta. Ouarsenis on nykyään myös matkailukohde,[3] ja alueella sijaitsee Théniet El Hadin kansallispuisto[1].
