Tšerven (valkoven. Чэрвень, ven. Че́рвень), aiemmalta nimeltään Igumen (ven. Игумен, Igumen), on pieni kaupunki ja maaseutuvaltainen hallinnollinen piiri Valko-Venäjän Minskin alueen itäosissa.

Tšerven sijaitsee noin 45 kilometriä pääkaupunki Minskin itäpuolella, aivan valtatie M4:n eteläpuolella. Vuoden 2009 väestönlaskennan mukaan koko Tšervenskin piirin asukasluku oli 33 383, josta kaupungin osuus oli 10 150 ja piiriin sisältyvän Smilavitšyn kaupunkimaisen taajaman 4 654.[1][2][3]
Paikkakunta mainitaan kirjallisissa lähteissä vuonna 1387. Venäjän vallan aikana Igumen oli kihlakuntakaupunki Minskin kuvernementissa. Vuoden 1897 väestönlaskennassa kaupungin asukasluku oli 4 573 henkeä.[4]
