Takatsuki (jap. 高槻市, Takatsuki-shi) on kaupunki Osakan prefektuurissa Kansain alueella Honshūn saarella Japanissa. Se sijaitsee prefektuurin pohjoisosassa Osakan ja Kioton kaupunkien välimaastossa ja toimii niiden nukkumalähiönä. Kaupungin etelärajalla virtaa Yodojoki. Takatsukissa on 355 752[3] asukasta (vuonna 2014), ja sen pinta-ala on 105,31[2] neliökilometriä. Se on valittu yhdeksi Japanin ydinkaupungeista.

Maantieteellisen sijaintinsa ansiosta paikkakunta on ollut pitkään tärkeiden kauppareittien, Kioton ja Osakan välisen tien sekä Yodogawan varrella. Edo-kaudella se kukoisti linnakaupunkina ja nykyisin sen alueella sijaitseva Akutagawa-shuku postiasemana. Kaupunkioikeudet Takatsuki sai vuonna 1943.[5]
