Jörg Michael

Jörg Michael (s. 27. maaliskuuta 1963 Dortmund^lähde?) on saksalainen muusikko. Hän on suomalaisen power metal -yhtye Stratovariuksen entinen rumpali.

Michael on soittanut myös muun muassa Ragessa, Avengerissa (Ragen esiaste), Grave Diggerissa, Unleashed Powerissa, Headhunterissa, Mekong Deltassa, Axel Rudi Pellissa, Tom Angelripperin soolobändissä, Running Wildissa ja Saxonissa.^lähde?

Syksyllä 2010 Michaelilta leikattiin kilpirauhasesta pahanlaatuinen kasvain, jota hoidettiin sädehoidolla. Hän pysyi sivussa uuden konserttikiertueen alkuvaiheilla, ja hänen tilallaan soitti Alex Landenburg. Syyskuussa 2011 yhtye ilmoitti hänen eroavan yhtyeestä henkilökohtaisista syistä.^[1] Hänen seuraajakseen Stratovariuksessa tuli kesäkuussa 2012 suomalainen rumpali Rolf Pilve.^[2]
