My Bloody Valentine on irlantilais-brittiläinen shoegaze-yhtye. Se perustettiin 1980-luvulla, ja virallinen debyytti Isn't Anything ilmestyi marraskuussa 1988.

My Bloody Valentinen tunnetuin teos on Loveless (1991), jonka mm. Pitchfork Media nimesi vuonna 1999 menneen vuosikymmenen toiseksi parhaaksi albumiksi. Yhtye jätti Creation Recordsin vuonna 1992.

My Bloody Valentine ei koskaan virallisesti hajonnut, ja Kevin Shields piti Magnet-lehden haastattelussa tammi–helmikuun numerossa 2007 uuden albumin julkaisua tulevaisuudessa varmana.^[1]

Yhtyeen viimeisin levy m b v julkaistiin vuonna 2013.

Yhtyeen pääjäsenet ovat edelleen Kevin Shields, Bilinda Butcher, Colm O'Ciosoig sekä Debbie Googe.^[2]
