RuPaul Andre Charles (s. 17. marraskuuta 1960), taiteilijanimeltään RuPaul, on yhdysvaltalainen laulaja-lauluntekijä, näyttelijä, vaikuttaja ja drag queen, joka tunnetaan muun muassa luomastaan ja juontamastaan RuPaul’s Drag Race -tv-ohjelmasta. Hän syntyi ja kasvoi San Diegossa ja muutti myöhemmin Atlantaan.[1]

RuPaul nousi kuuluisuuteen hitillään ”Supermodel (You Better Work)” albumilta ”Supermodel of the World” (1993) ja myöhemmin Elton Johnin kanssa tekemällään duetolla nimeltä ”Don’t Go Breaking My Heart.”[2]
