Le Parti communiste du Kazakhstan (en kazakh Қазақстан Коммунистік партиясы, Qazaqstan Kommounistik partiasy ; en russe Коммунистическая партия Казахстана, Kommounistitcheskaï partia Kazakhstana) était le parti dirigeant et le seul parti autorisé au sein de la République socialiste soviétique kazakhe[1].
