A illa Bely (tamén chamada Belyy e Beliy, ruso: Белый остров) é unha illa relativamente grande no Mar de Kara na punta da península de Yamal, Siberia, Rusia.[1] Preto da punta noroeste da illa, alí atópase a Estación Experimental Rusa (Polyarnaya Stantsiya) Estación Popov.

Illa Bely cobre unha área de 1810 km². Está cuberta por tundra, pero tamén crecen algúns arbustos ananos nesta illa.[2] Está separada do continente polo estreito de Malygina, un estreito de 8 a 10 km de ancho que se conxela a maior parte do ano.
Esta illa pertence ao Distrito Autónomo de Yamalia-Nenetsia que é a parte norte da división administrativa de Rusia do Óblast de Tiumén.
Dentro da ampla baía oriental da illa Bely hai unha longa illa de 10 km chamada Bezymyannyy. Ostrov Tabango e Ostrov Tyubtsyango atópanse a 20 km ao sur da esquina SE da illa Bely.
