Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat

Mahkamah Agung Amerika Serikat (bahasa Inggris: Supreme Court of the United States) adalah pemegang kekuasaan yudisial tertinggi di Amerika Serikat. Mahkamah ini terdiri dari seorang Ketua Mahkamah Agung dan delapan orang anggota Hakim Agung, yang dinominasikan oleh Presiden Amerika Serikat dan dapat menjabat setelah mendapat persetujuan Senat.
