Michael Apted

Michael Apted (24 Oktober 1941 – 7 Januari 2021 ) adalah seorang sutradara, produser, penulis, dan aktor asal Inggris. Salah satu sutradara film Inggris paling produktif di generasinya, ia dikenal karena menyutradarai: serial Up (1964–), film James Bond The The World Is Not Enough (1999), dan film Amerika Coal Miner's Daughter (1980); Coal Miner's Daughter dinominasikan untuk tujuh kategori Academy Award, termasuk untuk Film Terbaik. Dia juga menyutradarai film Nell (1994), yang menerima tiga nominasi Golden Globe Award dan satu nominasi Academy Award.
