James Franklin Hines, noto con lo pseudonimo Bobby Fulton (Chillicothe, Ohio, 4 ottobre 1960), è un ex wrestler statunitense. Era membro del tag team The Fantastics insieme a Tommy Rogers.

Dall'ottobre 2003 è diventato un cristiano rinato. Si è sposato tre volte, e ha due figli, Dillon (The Good Doctor/Corky Thatcher) e Jarron. Nel dicembre 2019 gli fu diagnosticato un tumore alla gola, e cominciò la chemioterapia il mese successivo.^[1] Il 6 giugno 2020 annunciò via Twitter di essere guarito.
