Nicholas Stern (1946 – vivente), economista e accademico inglese.

• La carne determina uno spreco di acqua e produce elevate emissioni di gas serra. Essa esercita una enorme pressione sulle risorse del pianeta. Una dieta vegetariana è meglio.

Meat is a wasteful use of water and creates a lot of greenhouse gases. It puts enormous pressure on the world's resources. A vegetarian diet is better.^[1]
