ガーナ大学（英語: University of Ghana）は、グレーター・アクラ州レゴンに本部を置くガーナの公立大学。1948年創立、1948年大学設置。 ガーナ大学（University of Ghana）はガーナ国内の7つの公立大学の内最古・最大の大学。
1948年に University College of the Gold Coastとして設立され、ロンドン大学に学術プログラムなどの監修を受け、提携校となる。1961年に正規の大学（full university status）認可された。 学生数は42,000人。
人文科学、社会科学、基礎科学、農学、医学を初期から行っていたが（国の教育再編成計画の影響もあり）カリキュラムは科学技術分野、職業訓練分野や、大学院教育に拡大している。
大学は首都アクラから北東12kmのレゴン（Legon）地域にある。この他、コレブ（コレ・ブ、Korle bu）には医学校が、アクラには医学教育のための第二キャンパスがある。
1979年、日本の援助により、ガーナ大学医学部附属野口記念医学研究所が設立された。
