Glindingan daging yaiku daging sing digiling dadi bal cilik, kadang uga bahan liyane, kaya ta remah roti, bawang bombay, endhog, mentega, lan bumbu.[1] Bakso dimasak kanthi digoreng, dipanggang, dikukus, utawa diolah nganggo saos. Ana macem-macem jinis bakso nggunakake macem-macem jinis daging lan rempah-rempah .
