카야(프랑스어: Kaya)는 부르키나파소 중부에 위치한 도시로 중북부 주의 주도이자 산마텡가 현의 현도이며 높이는 353m, 인구는 66,851명(2012년 기준)이다. 부르키나파소의 수도인 와가두구에서 북동쪽으로 100km 정도 떨어진 곳에 위치한다. 직조와 무두질의 중심지이다.
