Gaius Lutatius C.f. Catulus (natus saeculo 3 a.C.n., mortuus post annum 242 a.C.n.) fuit vir publicus Romanus.
Gaius Lutatius Catulus (consul anni 220 a.C.n.) filius eius fuit, frater autem Quintus Lutatius C.f. Cerco, consul anni 241.
Lutatius prope finem Primi Belli Punici homo novus una cum Aulo Postumio A.f. Albino consul electus est. Lutatio suadente nova classis Romana exstructa est, ut Poenos aggrederentur. Anno sequente proconsul classi imperabat. Die 10 Martii naves inimicae ad pugnam convenerunt. Naves Romanae a Quinto Valerio Faltone praetore recti sunt, quod Lutatius vulnere vetere laborabat[1]. Post victoriam adeptam Valerius et Lutatius de triumpho iurgabant[2], sed postremo ambo triumphaverunt. In Campo Martio templum Iuturnae dedicavit[3].
