Çatalhöyük, olim et Çatal Hüyük (Turcice scilicet "collis furcae"), est locus archaeologicus Turciae meridio-occidentalis, inter hereditatem mundialem numeratus. Ibi homines ab aevo Neolithico aceramico usque ad Chalcolithicum habitabant. Unus e primis locis proto-urbanis et creationis speculorum fuisse dicitur.
