Bizerta (arab. بنزرت = Binzart, pranc. Bizerte) – miestas šiaurės Tunise, Viduržemio jūros pakrantėje, 15 km nuo šiauriausio Afrikos taško (Abjado kyšulio). Bizertos vilajeto centras.

Pro miestą eina kanalas, jungiantis Bizertos ežerą su jūra; geležinkelis į Tunisą, yra oro uostas. Yra svarbus karinis, prekybos ir žvejybos uostas (Menzel Burgibos avanporte). Išvežama geležies rūda, švinas, fosforitai, cementas, naftos produktai, maisto produktai. Nutiestas naftotiekis į Alžyrą, dujotiekis (povandeninis) į Italiją. Spalvotosios metalurgijos, laivų remonto, cemento, žuvų konservų, alyvuogių aliejaus gamybos pramonė. Vystomi tradiciniai amatai (ypač kilimų audimas). Bizerta yra svarbus kurortas ir turistinis centras. Veikia okeanografijos muziejus.
Bizerta žymi savo viduramžišku senamiesčiu: yra XIII–XVII a. musulmonų gyvenamasis kvartalas, XVI a. fortas, XVII a. mečetės. Vėliau miestas rekonstruotas prancūzų, 1954 m. pastatyta Dievo Motinos katedra, 1965 m. – Kongreso rūmai, taip pat įvairūs viešbučiai, administraciniai statiniai, dengti turgūs (souk)[1].
Miestas įkurtas ~1000 m. pr. m. e. finikiečių, atvykusių iš Tyro. Vėliau miestas pateko Kartaginos įtakon, o paskui užkariautas romėnų ir vadintas Hippo Diarrhytus. Šiuolaikinė Bizerta žinoma nuo 661 m. Nuo 698 m. miestas valdytas arabų. 1881–1963 m. Bizertoje veikė Prancūzijos karinė bazė. 1961 m. mieste įvyko susirėmimas tarp Prancūzijos kariuomenės ir tunisiečių.
