Giedrė Kobs (g. 1974 m.) – Lietuvos gydytoja odontologė-ortopedė, žandikaulio sąnario sutrikimų gydymo specialistė, Vilniaus universiteto (VU) docentė.
Nuo 1993 iki 1998 m. Kauno medicinos universiteto Odontologijos fakultete studijavo odontologiją. 2003 m. liepos 16 d. Vokietijos Greifsvaldo universitete apgynė medicinos mokslų daktaro disertaciją tema „Diferencinės diagnostikos aspektai vertinant stomatologinės sistemos funkcinius sutrikimus elektroninės aksiografijos ir magnetinio rezonanso tomografijos būdu“[1]. 2001-2003 m. atliko 12 stažuočių Vokietijos sinoptinės odontologijos akademijoje „Westerburger Kontakte“; 2001 m. – stažuotė Minnesotos universitete (JAV), 2002 m. – Minesotos universiteto „TMD Orofacial Pain Division“ skyriuje.
1999-2000 m. dirbo Rumunijoje (krikščioniškuose vaikų namuose Dornesti odontologiškai labdaros pagrindais išgydė visus vaikus). Nuo 2000 m. iki 2003 m. moksline darbuotoja, gydytoja-asistentė ir Greifsvaldo Ernsto Morico Arnto universiteto (Vokietija) dėstytoja. Nuo 2007 m. odontologijos klinikos „Dens inspiration" direktorė, nuo 2008 m. – VU Medicinos fakulteto Odontologijos instituto docentė. Nuo 2009 m. sertifikuota SOLO profilaktikos specialistė (Vokietija)[2].
2009 m. išleido mokomąją knygą „Lietos dalinės dantų vainikų restauracijos“ (pilnas pavadinimas: „Lietos dalinės dantų vainikų restauracijos. Įklotai, užklotai ir daliniai vainikėliai. Klinikiniai etapai“). Knyga skirta odontologijos specialybės studentams, rezidentams, bendrosios praktikos gydytojams odontologams ir besitobulinantiems gydytojams odontologams ortopedams[3].
