Ozdas (veng. Ózd) – miestas šiaurės rytų Vengrijoje, Boršodo-Abaujaus-Zemplėno medėje, 40 km į šiaurės vakarus nuo Miškolco, netoli Slovakijos sienos, prie Hangonio upelio (Šajo intakas). Vystoma mašinų gamybos, medienos ir metalo apdirbimo, statybinių medžiagų, siuvimo, trikotažo, maisto pramonė, juodoji metalurgija (nuo 1843 m.). Ozdo apylinkėse kasamos rusvosios anglys.[1] Yra Šv. Mikalojaus katalikų bažnyčia, krašto muziejus, XIX a. neorenesansinis kazino pastatas, etnografinis muziejus.

7 % Ozdo gyventojų yra čigonai, nors kai kur nurodoma, kad jie gali sudaryti net 37 % miesto ir ypač jo apylinkių gyventojų.[2] Ozdas yra vienas skurdžiausių šalies miestų.
Ozdo kaimas istoriniuose šaltiniuose minimas nuo 1272 m. Miestas sudarytas XX a. vid. (1949 m.), sujungus Ozdo, Boljoko ir Šajovarkonio kaimus ir pradėjus plėtoti sunkiąją pramonę.
