Lenjāno (itāļu: Legnano, izrunā: /leɲˈɲaːno/, lombardiešu: Legnàn) ir komūna un pilsēta Itālijas ziemeļos, Lombardijā. Tā atrodas Milānas metropoles pilsētā, faktiski ir Milānas piepilsēta. 2023. gada Lenjāno dzīvoja 59,9 tūkstoši iedzīvotāju. Lenjāno ir attīstītā rūpniecības un saimniecības jomas; attīstīta tekstilrūpniecība. Pilsētas centrā atrodas vairākas baznīcas, muzeji un vēsturiskas ēkas.

1176. gada 29. maijā norisinājās Lenjāno kauja, kurā Lombardijas līga sakāva Svētās Romas impērijas armiju.
Katru gadu Lenjāno norisinās Bernoki kauss (Coppa Bernocchi) riteņbraukšanā, kurās 2000. gadā uzvarēja arī Latvijas riteņbraucējs Romāns Vainšteins.
