Tvrdošīna (slovāku: Tvrdošín) ir pilsēta Slovākijā, Žilinas apgabala Tvrdošīnas apriņķa centrs pie Oravas upes, tradicionālajā Oravas novadā. Pārtikas rūpniecības centrs.

Rakstos pirmoreiz minēta 1111. gadā. 1369. gadā kļuva par karaļa brīvpilsētu. Tāpat kā visa Slovākija, gadsimtiem bijusi Ungārijas sastāvā, pilsētas ungāriskais nosaukums ir Tudošina (ungāru: Turdossin). Pēc Pirmā pasaules kara iekļāvās Čehoslovākijā. No 1993. gada — Slovākijas sastāvā.
Pēc etniskā sastāva vairums pilsētas iedzīvotāju ir slovāki (99,03 %). Pēc reliģiskās piederības — katoļi (92,10 %), nereliģiozi (4,84 %).
