Viļejka (baltkrievu: Вілейка, krievu: Вилейка) ir pilsēta Baltkrievijā, Minskas apgabala Viļejkas rajona centrs pie Vilijas (Neres) upes.

Rakstos pirmoreiz minēta 1460. gadā. Atradās Lietuvas lielkņazistes sastāvā. Apdzīvotā vieta pievienota Krievijai pēc Polijas Otrās dalīšanas 1793. gadā. No 1919. līdz 1939. gadam Viļejka atradās Polijas sastāvā. Tika iekļauta Baltkrievijas PSR Molotova-Ribentropa pakta rezultātā. Otrā pasaules kara laikā no 1941. gada 26. jūnija līdz 1944. gada 3. jūlijam pilsēta atradās vācu okupācijā, gandrīz visi pilsētas ebreju iedzīvotāji tika iznīcināti holokaustā. Kopš 1991. gada - neatkarīgās Baltkrievijas sastāvā.
Pie Viļejkas atrodas Krievijas kara flotes sakaru punkts, kurā tiek nodrošināti sakari ar Krievijas flotes zemūdenēm visā pasaulē. Netālu atrodas Viļejkas ūdenskrātuve, kas ir lielākā mākslīgi izveidotā ūdenskrātuve valstī.
