സോവിയറ്റ് വിമതനും, മനുഷ്യാവകാശപ്രവർത്തകനുമായിരുന്നു ആന്ദ്രെ ദിമിത്ര്യേവിച് സാഖറഫ് എന്ന ആന്ദ്രെ സാഖറഫ്.(ജ:മേയ് 21, 1921 – ഡിസം: 14, 1989). സോവിയറ്റ് യൂണിയന്റെ ആണവായുധ പരീക്ഷണപദ്ധതികൾക്ക് നേതൃത്വം നൽകുന്നതിൽ ആണവശാസ്ത്രജ്ഞനായ സാഖറഫ് പ്രധാനപങ്കു വഹിച്ചിരുന്നു.
