Ibadi atau Ibāḍiyya (Arab: الاباضية ; al-Ibāḍiyyah) adalah golongan Muslim yang bersumber pada al-Quran dan hadis dengan fokus utama menjadi hamba Allah dengan sederhana. Golongan ini tersebar di kalangan golongan umat Islam baik Ahlus Sunnah mahupun Syi'ah dengan berbagai-bagai mahzabnya. Golongan ini merupakan mazhab yang majoriti di Oman.[1] Keyakinan kaum Ibadi adalah bahawa setiap Muslim bersaudara dan hanya Allah yang akan menjadi hakim bagi umat manusia.
Kaum Ibadi mementingkan ukhuwah Islamiyyah daripada bermusuh-musuhan hanya kerana berbeza mahzab atau keyakinan. Cukuplah keyakinan mereka mengharapkan disebut hamba-hamba Allah yang dipanggil untuk masuk ke dalam syurga-Nya.
Golongan ini mendapat namanya daripada Abdullah ibn Ibad daripada Bani Tamim. Bagaimanapun, pengasasnya ialah Jabir ibn Zayd dari Nizwa, Oman. Ia dikatakan diasaskan kira-kira 60 tahun selepas kewafatan Nabi Muhammad s.a.w.
