Shin Seung-hun (Hangul: 신승훈; lahir 21 Mac 1966)[1] ialah penyanyi-penulis lagu Korea Selatan yang dikenali pada tahun 1990-an sebagai "Empayar Balada."[2] Beliau membuat penampilan pertamanya pada tahun 1990 dengan lagu popular, "Reflection of You in Your Smile," dan sejak itu beliau melancarkan 12 album studio.[3]
