Akio Otsuka (大塚 明夫, Ōtsuka Akio, lahir 24 November 1959) ialah seorang pelakon, pelakon suara, dan narator lelaki Jepun dari kawasan Tokyo Metropolitan. Beliau kini bergabung dengan Mausu Promotion.[1]
Sebagai pelakon suara, kualiti suaranya yang mantap dan tenang telah menyebabkan dia banyak menyuarakan peranan watak dalam filem, alih suara, animasi dan permainan video. Beliau terkenal kerana menyuarakan Jigen Daisuke (generasi kedua) di Lupin III, protagonis bergelar dalam Black Jack, Solid Snake, Naked Snake, Solidus Snake, dan Venom Snake di siri Metal Gear, Gamigami Devil di Popolocrois, Ryoma Hoshi di Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, Shunsui Kyouraku di Bleach, Lieutenant Garuru di Sgt. Frog, Gwendel von Voltaire di Kyo Kara Maoh!, Batou di Ghost in the Shell, Blackbeard di One Piece, Tadakatsu Honda di sirk Samurai Warriors dan Warriors Orochi, Sango dan Jugo Yokomizo di Detective Conan, Bryan Hawk di Hajime no Ippo, Zen Shigaraki/All For One di My Hero Academia, Thorkell di Vinland Saga, Wamuu di JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, Anavel Gato di Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory, dan Xehanort di siri Kingdom Hearts. Beliau adalah anak kepada Chikao Ohtsuka.
Beliau juga merupakan suara alih suara rasmi untuk ramai pelakon Barat iaitu Steven Seagal, Nicolas Cage, Antonio Banderas, Dolph Lundgren, Samuel L. Jackson, Denzel Washington, dan Dennis Quaid.
Pada 7 Januari 2017, beliau telah berkahwin, menurut Mausu Promotion, yang tidak mendedahkan nama pasangannya kerana beliau tidak mempunyai hubungan dengan industri lakonan suara.[2]
