De finale van de League Cup van het seizoen 1995/96 werd gehouden op 24 maart 1996 in het oude Wembley Stadium. Aston Villa nam het op tegen Leeds United. Aston Villa versloeg Leeds overtuigend met 3-0. Dwight Yorke, Ian Taylor en Savo Milošević tekenden voor de doelpunten. Aston Villa-aanvoerder Andy Townsend werd na afloop verkozen als man van de wedstrijd.
