Ruti Aga (16 januari 1994) is een Ethiopische atlete, die gespecialiseerd is in de lange afstand. Zij won de halve marathon van Lissabon en stond op het podium bij een aantal grote marathons. Ze behoort tot de zes snelste vrouwen aller tijden op de marathon (peildatum oktober 2018).
