August Christian Baumann Bonnevie (født 5. september 1846 i Trondheim, død 16. november 1898 i Kristiania) var en norsk advokat og politiker (H).

A.C. Bonnevie kom fra slekten Bonnevie. August Christian var sønn av Honoratus Bonnevie (1797–1848), og bror til blant annet Johanne Mathilde og Jacob Aall Bonnevie.[1]
Han ble student i 1863, cand.jur. i 1867, sakfører i 1870 og høyesterettsadvokat i 1871.[1] Bonnevie drev i mange år advokatpraksis sammen med Hans Christian Grønn og Nils R. Heyerdahl, og dette selskapet ble forløperen til Thommessen.[2] Bonnevie var også sentral i dannelsen av Den Norske Advokat- og Sagførerforening, og han ble foreningens første formann.[3]
A.C. Bonnevie var aktiv i dannelsen av Kristiania konservative forening (det senere Oslo Høyre), og ble også valgt inn i den nye foreningens forstanderskap.[4] I 1880-årene ble han valgt inn i Kristianias kommunestyre, og han var også byens ordfører i 1892.[2]
