Braganzavågen er ei tidevannsbukt som utgjør den helt indre delen av Van Mijenfjorden på vestkysten av Spitsbergen. Den er en del av det geografiske skillet mellom Nordenskiöld Land og Heer Land.

Bukta har innløp fra Sveabukta via Sveasundet og strekker seg om lag seks kilometer i nordøstlig retning fra Barryneset og Crednermorenen til Kjellströmelvas delta i bunnen.
Deler av Sveagruva ligger på nordvestsiden av bukta med vei langs foten av Deinbolltoppane til gruve. På sørøstsiden ligger fjellene Snøvola og Ispallen. Fjellsidene er svært bratte. Bukta er ikke seilbar for skip.[2]
Navnet kommer fra prinsesse Aldegonda av Braganza som var med på en ekspedisjon til Svalbard som var ledet av ektemannen i 1892.[3]
