Böhmisch-Rixdorf, i dag også kjent som Böhmisches Dorf, tsjekkisk Český Rixdorf, var en kommune i Berlin. Kommunen ble etablert 1737 av protestantiske innflyttere fra Bøhmen.

Etter slaget ved det hvite berget i 1620 foregikk en motreformasjon i Böhmen og grupper av protestanter valgte å forlate landet. Noen av dem slo seg ned i Berthelsdorf i Sachsen, mens andre endte i Babelsberg i Potsdam.
Innvandringen til Berlin startet i 1737 etter invitasjon fra Fredrik Vilhelm I av Preussen. Protestantene fikk bosette seg i Richardsdorp, en kommune som hadde eksistert siden 1360. Kommunen ble delt i Deutsch-Rixdorf og Böhmisch-Rixdorf som hver fikk sin forvaltning. I 1805 hadde Böhmisch-Rixdorf 319 og Deutsch-Rixdorf 376 innbyggere. En stor brann rammet landsbyene i 1849. Etter gjennoppbyggingen var bare Richardstraße 80 tilbake av den opprinnelige bebyggelse. Bygningen disponeres i dag av Johann Amos Comenius-selskapet.
Landsbyene ble slått sammen i 1874 og fikk byrettigheter i 1899. Rixdorf ble omdøpt til Neukölln i 1912. Begrunnelsen var at navnet Rixdorf var belastet med kriminalitet og oppfattet som et sted hvor ifølge Königliche Hauptsteueramt, «intet anstendig menneske kunne bo».[1]
Byen Neukölln ble sammenslått med Stor-Berlin i 1920.
