Danmarks grunnlovsdag (dansk Grundlovsdag) er en årlig feiring den 5. juni av innføringen av den første danske grunnloven samme dato i 1849. Dagen er også en feiring av grunnlovsrevisjonen som ble signert samme dato i 1953.
Dagen ble markert som en nasjonal festdag med friluftsmøter og stevner i de første årene etter 1849. I aviser og flyveblader ble det skrevet dikt om friheten og grunnloven og trykt illustrasjoner av kong Frederik VII og andre som var involvert i loven. Fra 1870-årene ble det vanlig at de politiske partiene holdt egne grunnlovsmøter. Det var spesielt partiene Højre og Venstre som ledet an i dette.[1] I dag feires dagen fortsatt med hovedsakelig politiske foredrag rundt om i landet, siden dagen gjerne blir sett på som en feiring av det danske demokrati. Ledende politikere i sine respektive organisasjoner har foretrukne steder hvor de tradisjonelt avleverer sine budskap, som gjerne handler om demokratiets prinsipper eller aktuelle politiske problemstillinger.
5. juni er også den danske farsdagen.
Det var kongens hustru, Louise Rasmussen (gevinne Danner), som ba Frederik VII om å signere grunnloven den 5. juni slik at det i fremtiden alltid ville bli flagget på hennes sønns fødselsdag.[2]
Danmark har ingen nasjonaldag, og grunnlovsdagen 5. juni er sannsynligvis det nærmeste man kommer. Dagen var en lovbestemt halv fridag fra 1891 til 1975.[3] I dag er det ikke lenger en offentlig høytidsdag, og man har derfor ikke lenger automatisk rett til fri fra klokken 12 uten tap av lønn. Dette gjelder både i det private og det offentlige.
