Dongnimmun er en minneportal i Seoul i Sør-Korea. Den ble bygd etter den første kinesisk-japanske krig for å insiprere til koreansk uavhengighet, i stedet for landets daværende solle som kinesisk protektorat. Byggearbeidene startet 21. november 1896 og ble sluttført 20. november 1897.

Byggverket er 14,28 m høyt, 11,48 m bredt og består av vel 1850 granittbiter. Modellen er Arc de Triomphe i Paris. I 1979 ble portalen flyttet vel 70 meter nordvest.
Dongnimmun ble bygd for å erstatte Yeongeunmun som var et symbol på de diplomatiske forbindelsene mellom Korea og det kinesiske Qingdynastiet. Byggingen ble finansiert av gaver, blant annet fra Philip Jaisohn.
