Friedrichswerdersche Kirche ligger på Werderscher Markt i ortsteil Mitte i Berlins bydel Mitte. Schinkelplatz ligger øst for kirken.

Kirken ble oppført mellom 1824 og 1831 av Karl Friedrich Schinkel og var den første nygotiske kirken i byen. Som murstensbygg står den i samme tradisjon som Marienkirche og Nikolaikirche på østsiden av Spree.
Friedrichswerdersche Kirche ble brukt av flere konfesjoner (simultankirke). Det dreide seg om både en forent prøyssisk og en franskreformert kirke.
I den andre verdenskrigen ble kirken sterkt skadet og gjenoppbygget først i 1980-årene. Friedrichswerdersche Kirche hører idag til Berliner Nationalgalerie som er en del av Staatliche Museen zu Berlin, og tjener som museum for skulpturer fra det 19. århundret.
