Grafenrheinfeld kjernekraftverk var et kjernekraftverk som produserte elektrisk kraft sør for byen Schweinfurt, ved elva Main i det nordlige Bayern, plassert i det sørøstlige Tyskland. Dette var Tysklands ellevte største atomkraftverk målt etter produksjonskapasitet. Det stod for mindre enn 2 % av Tysklands kraftproduksjon. Anlegget var eid av energiselskapet E.ON.

Det ble bygget og godkjent i perioden fra 1975 til 1982.[1] Installert maksimal effekt var 1 345 MWe, og årsproduksjonen i 2006 var på om lag 9,43 TWh elektrisk kraft.[1] Anlegget hadde én reaktor av typen trykkvannsreaktor.[1]
1. mars 2006 ble et mellomlager for forbrukte brennelementer tatt i bruk på kraftverksområdet. Driften av selve kraftverket ble nedlagt 27. juni 2015.[2]
