Gáissavuolesjohka (nordsamisk, historisk også skrevet Gaisavuolesjåkka)[3] er ei elv i Lebesby og Tana kommune i Finnmark. Den er ei sideelv til Važžejohka og er 31,5 kilometer lang. Elva har utspring fra et lite tjern på sørsida av fjellet Ullogáisá og renner først mot sørøst, senere i hovedsakelig nordlig retning til samløpet med hovedelva rundt 6 kilometer nord for Stálogáisá.

I forbindelse med utbyggingen av Adamselv kraftverk på 1970-tallet ble vannføringen fra Gáissavuolesjohka og Važžejohka overført i en tunnel til Deardnojávri og videre til Store Måsvannet for magasinering.[4] Gáissavuolesjohka er nå stort sett tørrlagt nedenfor inntakspunktet.
