Hellandshuset ligger i Nyhauglia 1, ved Fjøsangerbukten og Gamlehaugen i Bergen. Huset ble oppført på Nyhaugen gård for rentenist Gerhard Krohn etter at han overtok eiendommen i 1841. Huset er tegnet i senempire, har sortglassert, pannetekket valmtak og en hovedfasade som preges av et enkelt tempelfrontmotiv med to doriske søyler. Bygningen har fått navn etter skipsreder Peter Helland (1847–1935) som kjøpte huset rundt 1889.[1] Hovedhuset ble fredet av Riksantikvaren i 1924. Vognhuset og drengestuen ble fredet i 1971. I 2008 ble Hellandhuset solgt av Kyrre Grepp til familien Lundberg.
