Mathis Fürst (født 1969[2]) er en norsk filmregissør.

Han er utdannet ved regilinjen på Høgskolen i Lillehammer og har stått bak flere tv-produksjoner, som Lyckliga gatan (2000), Endelig fredag (2002) og En får væra som en er (2018). Sammen med manusforfatter Birgitte Wegener er han serieskaper til humordramaserien Aldri voksen ( 2020) på TVNorge/Dplay. Aldri voksen sesong 2 hadde premiere vinteren 2021.
Han har hatt episoderegi på Helt Perfekt (2017) og spillefilmen Get Ready to Be Boyzvoiced (2000)[3], samt en rekke reklamefilmer gjennom produksjonsselskapene Monster Commercials og One Big Happy Family[4].
Han vant Gullruten i 1996 med eksamensfilmen Black Sheep.[trenger referanse]
I 2001 vant Mathis Gullruten for beste humorprogram med TV-serien Lyckliga gatan. Denne serien ble også nominert tll Amanda for beste dramaserie samme år.
På midten av 70-årene var han forgrunnsfigur i Barne-tv-serien Mathis på NRK.
