Minnesund jernbanebru er ei tidligere jernbanebru av stål (fagverk) og mur over Minnesund i Eidsvoll kommune i Akershus. Brua ble bygd i 1879, som del av Hedmarksbanen mellom Eidsvoll og Hamar. Etter åpning av Minnevika jernbanebru i oktober 2023 skal skinnegangen fjernes og den gamle broen brukes til gang- og sykkelvei. Den blir da Norges lengste gangbro. Bane Nor skal fortsatt eie broen, mens Eidsvoll kommune skal vedlikeholde gang- og sykkelstien.[2]

Banen åpnet i 1880. Jernbanebrua er 362 meter lang og er en av Norges største jernbanebroer. Brua har 12 spenn og 11 pilarer. To av pilarene er murt i stein (med gotiske buer i midten) og de øvrige er i stål. Landkarene er murt i stein. Hovedspennet bæres av stålebue i overbygning mellom pilarene. Da den var ny ble lengden oppgitt til 1150 fot og vekten av stålet til 1,3 millioner pund. Byggekostnaden var godt over 300.000 kroner. Murpilarene for hovedspennet ble tegnet av arkitekt B. Lange mens Axel Jacob Peterson som NSB sto for øvrige konstruksjoner. Den vakte oppsikt i samtiden og ble blant annet avbildet i boken A Hundred Years of German Bridge Building utgitt til Parisutstillingen i 1900.[3][4][5]
Midtspennet ble i 1913 forlenget fra 62 til 82 meter, da midtpillarene måtte flyttes og ble satt opp 10 meter bak de opprinnelige. Bakgrunnen for flyttingen var av pillarene var at senking av Mjøsa kunne gjøre underlaget for pillarene ustabilt. Det nye hovedspennets bue ble bygget over det gamle mens trafikken gikk.Tidligere spenn på henholdsvis 40 og 62 m ble solgt til Sulitjelmabanen.[6]
I 1925 ble brua bygd om til ei kombinert vei- og jernbanebru, med ett kjørefelt på hver side av jernbanebrua. Samtidig ble ferjesambandet nedlagt. Veibanen var av treverk og lagt på utkraginger. Veibroen ble etterhvert en flaskehals på E6 og blant annet måtte passasjerer gå ut av busser som skulle kjøre over. Ny veibru ble bygd i 1959 noe lenger nord og veibrudelen av jernbanebrua ble revet i 1965.[7][8][9][4] Jernbanebrua var i bruk for Dovrebanen til 2023.
Brua ble sprengt den 12. april 1940 for å hindre tysk framrykning i forsvaret av Minnesund.[10]
De tre bruene over Minnesundet, samt ei fergekai fra 1800, ble i 2002 foreslått vernet i Nasjonal verneplan for veger, bruer og vegrelaterte kulturminner.[9] Riksantikvaren fredet de to veibruene 17. april 2008, men ikke jernbanebrua.[11] Mjøssamlingene ligger under jernbanebroen på vestsiden.[8]
I forbindelse med anlegging av dobbeltspor mellom Hamar og Eidsvoll bygde Bane NOR fra 2019 ny jernbanebro over Minnesund, Minnevika jernbanebru, litt sør for den gamle og i rettere linje.[12][13] Den åpnet for trafikk høsten 2023.
