Ole-Henrik Moe (født 4. april 1966 i Oslo) er en norsk komponist og fiolinist. Han er en av Kaare Sæthers elever ved Østlandets musikkonservatorium og i tillegg har han studert biofysikk, kognitiv vitenskap og musikkvitenskap ved Universitetet i Oslo.

Som komponist har Moe skrevet musikk for konserter, dans, teater og film, og i tillegg til egen produksjon har han også vært med på en rekke Motorpsycho-utgivelser.[1] Han er sønn av den norske pianisten og kunsthistorikeren Ole Henrik Moe og gift med fiolinisten Kari Rønnekleiv som han ga ut albumet Ciaccona / 3 Persephone Perceptions med. For albumet vant de Spellemannprisen 2007 i klassen samtidsmusikk. Han ble også nominert til Spellemannprisen 2008 i klassen årets samtidskomponist for «Vent litt lenger».[2]
Han ble i 2006 tildelt Arne Nordheims komponistpris [3] og i 2011 fikk han Fartein Valen-stipendet.[4]
