Palais Schaumburg er et slott i Bonn. Fra 1949 til 1976 var det residens for Tysklands kansler. Etter Tysklands gjenforening er det fra 1994 kanslerens tjenestebolig i Bonn.[1]

Den senklassisistiske bygningen ble oppført mellom 1858 og 1860 og tilhørte først industrimannen Wilhelm Loeschigk. I 1890 ble den kjøpt av prins Adolf zu Schaumburg-Lippe, og i de følgende årene utvidet. Fra 1939 ble slottet benyttet av den tyske hæren.
Konrad Adenauer tok bygningen i bruk i november 1949, og mottok der to måneder senere sin første statsgjest, Robert Schuman. I 1950 ble slottet ombygget av Hans Schwippert for å bli mer hensiktsmessig som kontor.
Ettersom slottet var for lite for kanslerens administrasjon ble det avløst av et nybygg i 1976, men ble fortsatt benyttet til representasjonsformål. Etter 1999 har Palais Schaumburg vært kanslerens andreresidens.
