Skjerka kraftverk er et vannkraftverk i Mandalselva i Åseral kommune i Agder.

Kraftverket utnytter et fall på 346 meter fra Øvre Skjerkavatnet. Nåvatn brukes også som magasin. Vannet ledes i en 1,8 km lang tunnel fra inntaksmagasinet til kraftstasjonen. Vannet fra kraftverket renner ut i innsjøen Øre.
Installert effekt er 207 MW, fra to francisturbiner. Midlere årsproduksjon er på 652 GWh (produksjonstall er usikre).
Produksjonen i Gamle Skjerka startet i 1932. Midlere årsproduksjon var 492 GWh.
Det ble bygget en ny kraftstasjon på stedet i 1997. Kraftstasjonen er innsprengt i fjellet.
I slutten av 2018 ble det installert turbin nummer to, som doblet kapasiteten fra 100 til 200 MW. Produksjonen økte med 40 GWh.
Kraftverket eies av Å Energi.
